I am out-of-network for all insurance providers. If you plan to be reimbursed by your provider, check with them to determine what your out-of-network benefits include. Many providers reimburse at 50%-80% for out-of-network clinicians. I am happy to print out a monthly statement and/or issue you receipts so that you can file your own claim.
